{Abstract}:喷司他丁是一种抗肿瘤药物,主要以微生物发酵法生产。本研究对喷司他丁发酵的通气量、培养温度、接种量、种龄、发酵周期等参数进行单因素考察,并通过正交试验确定了喷司他丁最佳发酵参数为:装量60 mL,种龄42 h,按5%接种量,28℃下发酵168 h,喷司他丁发酵效价达183μg/mL,比对照提高20%以上。
Pentostatin is an anticancer drug,mainly produced by microbial fermentation.In this study,fermentation ventilation,temperature,inoculum,seed age,and other parameters of the fermentation cycle were discussed,then a orthogonal experiment was done to determine the optimum fermentation parameters: loading volume of 60 mL,seed age of 42 h,5% inoculum,28℃ for 168 h fermentation,pentostatin fermentation titer reached 183 μg / mL,which was increased by 20% compared to the control.
